Work really, really hard.

We all have only so much time during the day. If you have a full-time job and family, and not much time for your own, you still can crush it. There is enough time in the evenings and on weekends to develop a business. It will not be easy. It comes to replacing all leisure hours with working hours and spending less time with family.

Detailed steps for this principle are only available in the app.

  1. Look closer at the activities during your day to find out if the time spent on work is maximized.
A good way to do this is to set an alarm for every 15 minutes from the time you wake up until you are back in your bed. Every time the alarm rings, write down what you are doing.

  2. When you first start out, there is no time for leisure.
There is no time for YouTube videos and an hour-and-a-half lunch.

  3. If you have a full-time job, and you do a project on the side, work as much as possible from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m., plus Saturdays and Sundays.
Ideally you will be working on things that you love, and it will not feel like losing your leisure time.

  4. Block out hours you want to spend on your obligations: your family, your job, etc.
Every minute not spent on your obligations should be spent on your new business.

  5. Do things.
Create content daily. Develop your business daily. Meet with two or three people per day who can get you awareness, distribution, or sales.
