  4. Be prepared to pay the price.
    You may need to give up certain things to meet  your goals. For example, if you want to get healthy physically, you may have to give up junk food. Remember, instant gratification feels good, but it doesn’t last. Give up the behaviors that keep  you further away from your goals of lasting success.
