  1. 3 bananas
  2. 100g of spinach
  3. Half of avocado
  4. A few nuts (walnuts are my favorite)
  5. One big leaf of cale
  6. 2 spoons of flaxseed
  7. 4 frozen strawberries (or any other berries)
  8. Fresh turmeric
  9. Optionally: one apple
  10. Optionally: pinch of cinnamon
