For each task, ask these questions:
How valuable is this task to me or the company?
What will happen if I drop it completely?
Am I the only person who could do this task?
Delegate it if possible! Consider hiring a virtual assistant.
How can I achieve the same outcome in a faster way?
How can I complete this task if I have only half of the time?
