Set your intentions the night before.
Usually, your first thought in the morning will be identical to your last thought the evening before.
Keep your alarm clock across the room.
This will force you to get out of bed.
Brush your teeth.
This will automatically increase your morning energy level by 10-20%.
Drink a full glass of water.
This rehydrates your body after the night.
Get dressed or jump in the shower.
If you get dressed, put on exercise clothes, of course. You can either take a shower or start your day with some exercises.
