Question yourself.

When you question yourself and doubt your thoughts and beliefs, you give yourself the opportunity to change and grow into a better version of yourself.

Detailed steps for this action are only available in the app.

  1. Ask yourself, “What if I’m wrong?”.
For the next few days, before you make a decision about something, take a step back and ask yourself, “What if I’m wrong?” Look at the facts objectively (i.e., without attaching your emotions or personal values).

  2. Think about the implications of you being wrong.
In some cases, you could come off as selfish, uneducated, etc. Of course, it will be extremely hard to admit this to yourself, but in the long run, it will help you become a better, well-adjusted person.

  3. Think about whether being wrong would make the situation better or worse.
You will realize that in a lot of situations, being wrong will create terrible long-term consequences that not only affect you, but those around you. This is not always the case, but learning to accept it when it is.
