Prepare for death.

Many of us fear death, even though it is not something that we need to be scared of. Meditating on our mortality and impermanence will help prepare our minds for when death eventually comes, and it will help us stay calm throughout the process.

Another important point that must be taken note of is that we must not concern ourselves with whether or not we are going to hell. These types of thoughts will only give us anxiety and keep us from finding joy and happiness. Instead, we should focus on what we can do in the present.
