The Mindsets

(...)the view you adopt for yourself profoundly affects the way you lead your life.

Many people think that intelligence, skills, and talents are innate and that they stay on one level throughout their lives. If we fail, it means that we are not suited for something or we are not smart enough. Meanwhile, everything depends on our attitude and mindset.

What is interesting, most children do not worry about their failures. They see the learning process in them. Unfortunately, many people, afraid of failure, avoid new challenges, but if you have not failed, it means that you have not tried.

Most often this is due to the system in which we live. You have “A”s at school - you are smart, you have “C”s - you are a loser. Meanwhile, intelligence, talents, and personality is something that develops, they are not fixed and carved in stone. Our potential is unexplored and unpredictable.

One of the most important things to grow our mindset is our self-development. Our weaknesses we should overcome, not hide them just to present ourselves as perfect ones. Let's not look for friends who appreciate us, but ones who challenge us.

You can grow by changing your mindset.
