  3. Think about a person you know who is a fixed, mindset person
Think how they feel, always trying to prove something, or when they make a mistake or are wrong what they do. Try to understand why they behave like that.

  4. Think about a person that you know who is skilled in the growth mindset
Think how they overcome difficulties, how they stretch themselves, about their attitude that skills can be cultivated and developed.
Think if you could be such a person. Think about a way to stretch yourself.

  5. Imagine that you start learning a new language...
After a few classes, a teacher in front of the classroom asks you questions one after another that you do not know the answer to.
Imagine yourself in the fixed mindset. All eyes are turned on you, the teacher is judging you. Feel that tension.
Now imagine yourself in a growth mindset. You are studying, that is why you are in the class. The teacher is there to help you. Feel the tension go away. Your mind is open.
