Imagine the face of a person with whom you are close and you really like.
Put that picture in your right hand.
In your left hand, imagine the face of a person that you don’t like.
Look back and forth between the person that you don’t like and the person you like.
Do this faster and faster. Then stop thinking about whether you like someone or not.
Put your hands together and breathe.
Think of the person you don’t like. You probably won’t have negative associations with them anymore.
