Point to things and call them out.
For example, when you leave the house, say, “I have a wallet, I have keys, I have my husband.”
When you are about to do something, call out the activity and what the outcome will be.
For example, “I’m about to eat this cookie, but I don’t need it. Eating it will cause me to gain weight and hurt my health.”
