The biggest driving force for our actions is dopamine. It’s activated when something is attractive to us. That’s why we must make habits attractive, otherwise we will not be motivated enough to do them.

They must activate dopamine in your brain.
Use the Habit Stacking method to connect habits you must do with those you like to do.
For example, after I pull out my phone, I will do ten burpees. Then after I do ten burpees, I will check Facebook.
