With this knowledge, you’ll be able to determine if you are satisfied with how you spend your time or whether you waste it and need to make some changes.
For the next week, track the time you spend in a mobile application (every single minute!).
Mark any time you take a break, get a coffee, smoke a cigarette, or look at social media. Write a list of your own time wasters.
