When you actively chase the things you want, your life changes dramatically. You feel a sense of exhilaration and your happiness knows no bounds. It brings confidence, enthusiasm, and adventure in life.
Define your goals.
Take a minute or two to think about your goals. These can be related to your career, relationships, health, etc. Don’t choose too many. Just choose two primary goals you’d like to achieve in the coming three months.
Become aware of how you have spent the past few months.
Ask yourself, “Did I take consistent action to reach my goals?” If the answer is no, ask yourself, “If I had taken consistent action, what would my present life look like?” This will make you realize how valuable time is.
Take action and build an easy-to-execute plan.
Once you understand the value of time, you should write down a plan to achieve your goals. The plan must be simple; otherwise you might procrastinate on it. Once the plan is ready, take action every day.
