If you don’t have the growth mindset, you probably have a so-called “fixed mindset.” This means that you’ve figured out what is right/wrong, good/bad, interesting/dull. That’s not good. Instead, it’s better to have your ideas, but be open to the world and all other ideas.
Develop the growth mindset.
Read history books, read autobiographies and biographies, keep up-to-date on current affairs, study finance, study the markets and business in general, and so on.
Be an interesting person to be around.
Don’t judge. Instead, learn from the second person, try to understand.
