This is especially beneficial for those who don’t get their eight hours of uninterrupted sleep every night.
Take a relaxation break.
The next time you’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed, or just want to unwind from a long day, take a relaxation break! Sit or lie down in a comfortable position, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Squeeze any tense muscles in your body, then relax them. Do this for five to 10 minutes (set an alarm if you think you’re going to fall asleep!).
